We’re home! After 2 weeks in California we arrived home yesterday. We had the best trip visiting friends and family, but there’s just nothing like our own beds. So now sitting here with my coffee and laptop I’m excited to do a little writing. The promise of two substack posts a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) has my mind swirling with ideas. It’s such a good feeling.

This post is the first in what I plan to become a series. Lately - a roundup of life happenings, recent noteworthy finds and just a little general behind the scenes look of what’s going on around here.
